Il Biscottificio del Borgo was born in 2019 with the idea of resuming the confectionery excellences typical of our territory making them accessible to the general public without ever losing sight of an essential element: quality.

This means investing in the research of quality raw materials and, therefore, of the highest quality. Innovating production methods while maintaining craftsmanship and finding the final product, from a commercial point of view, on an increasingly large scale.

The Biscottificio del Borgo was born with this sensitivity. Four boys from Mormanno (CS), in the heart of the Pollino National Park, Calabresi, who have decided to invest to fulfill a great dream made of love, sweetness and redemption.
