Il Frollotto is born from the ancient recipe of "Bocconotto".
We are talking about an ancient snack of shortcrust pastry, stuffed with sour cherry jam and cream (the traditional one).
This ancient snack was prepared by the wives for their husbands before they went to work in the fields. It replaced a lunch.
Today, the "Frollotto", known especially in southern Italy, has been made much lighter while maintaining the same production method.
The innovative research of raw materials and maximum care in packaging are fundamental characteristics for us.
The Frollotto, is the version 2.0 of the Bocconotto di Mormanno, which today appears in the PAT list of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Forestry and Tourism.

BUTTERSCOTCH CREAM AND BLACK CHERRY
Ingredients: flour "0", lard, margarine, sugar, vanillin, ammonia for cakes, antimicrobial (calcium propinate and malted cereal flour), eggs, egg yolk, invert sugar, lemon aroma, sour cherry, vanilla semisweet (traces of eggs and milk).

FROLLOTTO GIANDUIA
Ingredients: "0" flour, lard, margarine, sugar, vanillin, ammonia for sweets, antimicrobial (malted cereal flour), eggs, egg yolk, invert sugar, lemon essence, dark chocolate flakes. Filling: cream of gianduia (hazelnuts and other dried fruits, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin).
